The NGAP leadership visited New Zealand Ambassador to the Philippines, Dr. Catherine McIntosh, as a courtesy call and to further solidify preparations for the 5th Philippine International Geothermal Conference (PIGC5) on September 25 – 26, 2024 carrying the theme – Road to 5G: Gaining Greener Global Geothermal Generation.
New Zealand has been supportive to the geothermal industry in the Philippines by bringing in expertise and avenues for knowledge sharing such as courses, conferences and collaborations among others.
