Faye is a driven energy professional with extensive experience in the geothermal industry including resource assessment, project and business development, and power plant asset management.

Currently she holds the position of Resource and Technology Development Lead of AP Renewables Inc., a subsidiary of AboitizPower which operates the MakBan and Tiwi geothermal plants. In this role, she handles the growth projects and brownfield initiatives of the company.

Faye is a Licensed Geologist with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines (Cum laude) and a Master of Energy degree (First Class Honors) from the University of Auckland under the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship program. She also participated in the Female Leaders in Energy program of the US Department of State and US Energy Association.

Faye has supported APRI's participation in NGAP since 2016 and previously served as an Elections Committee Officer in the BOT 2018-2021 Elections.

Prior to joining the geothermal industry, she worked as a geologist in the Mines and Geosciences Bureau and in the consulting sector.
