Nikki Ann Estrada-Manalastas is a seasoned exploration geologist with over 14 years of experience in geothermal and mining industries, currently serving as the Prospect Lead for the Mt. Malinao Geothermal Project and Deputy Lead for other growth projects at Philippine Geothermal Production Company (PGPC). She brings a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic insight, holding a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines Diliman—where she graduated as a Geologist Board Exam topnotcher—and a Master of Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management as a full-tuition merit scholar.
Throughout her career, Nikki has led multi-disciplinary teams and managed complex field operations in the Philippines and the United States. Her work has spanned resource modeling, well planning, drilling supervision, contract negotiations, and project management. Notably, she played key roles in PGPC's geothermal prospects in Kalinga and Mt. Labo, and previously worked in porphyry copper exploration with Freeport-McMoRan in Arizona and Indonesia.
Nikki is passionate about integrating geoscience with business strategy to support sustainable energy development. She is also committed to mentorship and knowledge-sharing within her organization, helping shape the next generation of earth scientists. Beyond her technical achievements, she has been recognized for her contributions through
features in scientific platforms and industry publications.
Beyond her technical career, Nikki is a dedicated mother and a passionate fitness enthusiast. She competes as an athlete and is a part-time fitness coach for a global brand, helping others reach their health and performance goals.
